Ecommerce Coordinator

The primary function of the Ecommerce Coordinator is to drive revenue and database growth from our multiple direct Ecommerce channels.     Core Responsibilities:
    • Deliver best-practice execution of product detail, site merchandising and brand communications to drive revenue and grow the audience
    • Analyse online behaviour and make recommendations to maximise Ecommerce objectives
    • Creative management of all websites to provide a positive, streamlined and inspiring customer experience
    • Proactively propose new innovative ways to engage our audience, increase revenue and improve the overall online experience
    • Delivery of all onsite content in line with broader Marketing campaigns
    • Implement SEO tactics to continue to drive organic growth
    • Implement any new updates or technologies required i.e. GA4
    • Implement all SEM and paid advertising activity
    • Manage our loyalty programs and propose new ways we can add value to our members and drive revenue
    • Manage end-to-end email campaigns including planning, segmenting, set-up, testing, reporting and optimisation
    • Manage and implement the CRM strategy for all relevant brands
    • Support the Customer Service team on Live Chat to drive revenue across key brands
    About You: The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, solutions-focused, self-starting individual. Must have the ability to work across different teams, enjoy the variety within the role and be a vibrant member of our team. Having a passion for the outdoor industry would be a bonus!
    • Strong eye for detail and able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
    • Previous experience working in Ecommerce in a commercial setting and comfortable using Shopify.
    • 1-2yrs relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience that will allow for familiarity with common Ecommerce best practices.
    • Experience using Google Analytics or AdWords will be highly regarded
    • Familiarity with SEO best practices
    • Basic HTML and copywriting skills are desirable
