Internal Sales Representative – Footwear and Outdoor Brands

We seek an Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Phoenix Leisure Group. This new position within the business will be a crucial member of our Wholesale Team. This is an office-based role reporting directly to the Sales Manager, and you will be responsible for all communication, sales growth and development opportunities for an already established network of customers nationally.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • From a head office base, this role will manage all brands' identified customers across the territory.
  • Develop a sales and communication cycle and support accounts that the National Sales team cannot regularly service.
  • Utilise technology to provide product and range information across all brands.
  • Create suggested buy plans based on a seasonal basis
  • Track and follow up on deliveries of new products to ensure success
  • Be a product expert, have an intimate knowledge of all products across all brands
  • Work to deadlines and order cut-off dates
  • Provide regular progress reports and commentary to the Sales Manager regarding Sales performance by account and brand.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager regarding seasonal range and future product development opportunities.
  • Identify and implement account-specific marketing support programs
  • Provide training and technical product information on all brands
  • Provide support to the wholesale customer service team as required
