Ski Industry Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Phoenix Leisure Group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the ski industry and a proven track record in successfully selling ski products, including skis, boots, bindings and outerwear to retail partners. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and establishing strong relationships with key retailers in the ski industry.
The brands you will be representing are class leaders in their field and include:
- Rossignol
- 4F
- Sidas
- Thermic
- Duvillard
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for ski products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retail partners to expand product distribution.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail outlets.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our ski product line, including skis, ski boots, bindings, and outerwear.
- Provide product training to retail partners, ensuring they are well-informed about the features and benefits of our products.
- Act as a primary point of contact for retail partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery of products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and opportunities to enhance our product offerings.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and retail partner meetings.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our ski products to potential and existing partners.
What we need from you:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the snow industry or account management in a similar field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with retail partners.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of the snow sports industry, including market trends and the competitor landscape.
- Ability to travel for meetings, trade shows, and events as required.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
